We can cancel your order if a request is made within 24 hours of placing the order and only if the license is unused.
Being a digital license-based service, we do not offer a return policy. We only offer a cancellation policy (mentioned above) for valid cancellations.
To raise a refund request by the Customer / Direct Seller here are the steps to be followed:
Once your cancellation request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days from approval.
In order to get refund for service(s) the Customer / Reseller is required to contact the Company via email or phone to acquire the refund form and submit the form to the company’s official address mentioned below. The form has to be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase / delivery
Check the account you made the payment from for your refund. If you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to reflect in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any purchases made during offers or sales are not eligible under any of our refund policies.
A swap of existing licenses is possible with other product licenses available only if they are valid and unused. Validity of the new/replaced license will be the same as the validity left on the exchanged item. Contact the company to process your request.

If you received the product as a gift, it cannot be exchanged for a refund. Only exchange policy is available.
